For Teams

Working remotely is not always easy. Being away from colleagues and the day to day bustle of the office can be tough – so this is a great time to skill up and motivate your teams.

Our Video Conference Training Course covers all the vital elements, such as preparing for yourself and your space, how to speak with clarity and listen more effectively, and crucially how we can bring a sense of humanity to this electronic medium of communication.  Download Course Outline.

FAQS

This Course is aimed at small to medium sized teams who are switching to, or are using, video conferencing. This Course can also be delivered 1-1 for team leaders and members who want to improve their communication skills via video conferencing.

Currently, we offer this Course remotely. It makes sense to run it this way because that is the way your teams are seen online. Feedback is instant and actionable. It’s a fun session!

We are happy to use all popular video platforms – whatever works best for your team.

It’s great if we can all see each other, so we can learn from feedback given to everyone. A simple laptop, tablet or mobile with a camera will work fine. You won’t need a special webcam.

We can run Courses for larger teams, but we find that it is most effectively interactive for up to 15 people. For larger teams, we can offer a one hour Course, in the form of a talk, that works well but, of course, is not so interactive and feedback cannot be given to everyone.

No problem! We are all learning this new medium. All we have to do is to understand how to still be human whilst using this technology.

None of us like looking at ourselves – but this Course is a great way to get over this and actually enjoy the experience too!

Not to worry. We don’t need much high tech equipment really – a laptop, tablet or mobile will work just fine.

Coronavirus has changed the way teams meet and interact, with many switching to video conferencing platforms. Naturally, this transition to an electronic medium means teams will need to adapt and stay top of their game.

In the future, we will all have to connect with our stakeholders in different ways and on different platforms. It makes sense for your teams to be able to use video conferencing really well going forward.

Of course. We’d be delighted to help and will arrange an initial phone call to discuss your requirements in detail. Please contact the office.
